Get an ntfy push when a tracked player hits a milestone. Add a level rule to fire when a skill reaches a level, or an XP-gain rule to fire when a skill (or Total) gains a chosen amount of XP between two refreshes. Notifications fire on each refresh and go to the OSRS ntfy topic.
Fires when the gain since the previous refresh is at least this much. Any skill matches any individual skill; pick Total for overall XP.
